Frequently asked
Do courts accept an LCSW as an expert?
Immigration judges decide whether to accept any expert. An LCSW's training and evaluation experience are presented to the court, but qualification is never promised.
What do I get beyond the written evaluation?
Beyond the report, I can provide declarations or testimony when requested and separately arranged. Retaining me as an expert witness adds sworn declarations and my live testimony in court on top of it.
