I don't remember exact dates. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Approximate dates — a year, a season, 'when my daughter was small' — are completely normal, especially for difficult memories. Evaluators understand this deeply. Write what you remember the way you remember it.
Is my timeline stored on this website?

Should the timeline include everything that ever happened?
