How a video evaluation works
Same clinician, same interview, same report. You receive a secure video link, join from a private space, and the session runs exactly like an office visit, generally two to three hours.
What you need
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a private room where you can speak freely for the length of the session.
Privacy and identity
Sessions run on secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Identity is verified at the start of the first session, and no one else may be present in the room unless clinically agreed in advance.
Language, unchanged
Telehealth sessions are conducted directly in English, Português, or Español, exactly like in-person appointments.
Documents
Records are exchanged through the channels arranged at intake, coordinated with you and your attorney. Nothing sensitive is ever requested through the public website form.
Where service is available
In-person appointments happen only at the Boca Raton office; there are no other physical locations. Telehealth serves all of Florida. For clients outside Florida, availability depends on the case and is confirmed individually during intake, before anything is scheduled or paid.

Can I be evaluated if I live outside Florida?
Secure-video evaluations are available for clients elsewhere in the United States, subject to case-specific requirements. Mention your location in the request form and it is confirmed during the intake call before anything is scheduled.
Is a video evaluation taken as seriously as an in-person one?
The evaluation is conducted to the same clinical standard in both formats, and the report documents the format used. If your attorney has a preference for your specific case, that preference guides the choice.
Where do in-person evaluations happen?
At the Boca Raton office: 9825 Marina Boulevard, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33428. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What if my internet fails mid-session?
The session pauses and resumes, or reschedules at no fault to you. Technology problems never count against you or your case.
