Does this tool tell me which immigration case to file?
No. It suggests which evaluation category may be relevant to discuss. Only a licensed immigration attorney can advise you about which petition, waiver, or defense applies to your legal matter.
What if more than one category seems to fit?
That happens often — for example, a person may have both a hardship situation and a history of victimization. The result will show every category that may apply, and the evaluator and your attorney can sort out which one the legal matter actually needs.
Are my answers stored anywhere?

What if I don't have an attorney yet?
